Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee files (both physical and digital).
- Provide support in the recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate contracts, addendums, and internal communications.
- Record absences, vacations, leaves, and other employee movements.
- Prepare and update HR reports and databases.
- Support the organization of training sessions, evaluations, and internal activities.

Technical Sales Engineer

RESPONSABILITIES
- Client contact: Primarily with shipyards in Spain, South America, Australia, and Europe
- Responsible for managing commercial proposals and sales orders related to marine valves and accessories. The position also includes coordination of hydraulic, pneumatic, and other similar types of commercial equipment.
- Technical and commercial support to clients regarding the operation of equipment or products
- Follow-up on commercial offers
- Monitoring ongoing projects
- Feasibility studies for new clients
