This large-scale and significant project for the Chilean Navy has once again allowed us to demonstrate our capability and commitment to excellence in the naval sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fernandezjove.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/FTG_3522-min-scaled_0a0006ab0_7445-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Fernandez jove collaboration with ASMAR for the Escotillon IV project\" class=\"wp-image-10788\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaboration with ASMAR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.infodefensa.com\/texto-diario\/mostrar\/4223519\/buques-multiproposito-armada-chile-tendran-sistemas-control-valvulas-fernandez-jove\">The Escotill\u00f3n IV project aims to modernize and improve the deployment capabilities of the Chilean Navy through the construction and equipping of multipurpose vessels.<\/a> For this important project, ASMAR selected FJ | Fern\u00e1ndez Jove as a key supplier due to our experience and prestige in the sector. This collaboration not only highlights the trust ASMAR has placed in us but also our ability to meet the project&#8217;s demanding standards and technical requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fjove.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/5925454-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10794\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supply and Manufacture of Advanced Systems<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the Escotill\u00f3n IV project, we have supplied and manufactured motorized valves under our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.valsaval.com\">SAVAL<\/a> brand, including butterfly, ball, globe, and gate valves. These valves are equipped with actuators from our partners at AUMA, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability in their operation. Additionally, we developed and manufactured the <a href=\"https:\/\/fernandezjove.com\/sistemas-de-control-prior\/\">control system for these motorized valves<\/a>, consisting of 10 control cabinets. These systems are essential to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the multipurpose vessels, providing precise and reliable control in all operating conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innovation in Sealing Systems<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A crucial aspect of the project has been the implementation of <a href=\"https:\/\/hawke-hts.com\/mct-products\/\">MCT sealing systems for cables and pipes<\/a> from our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawke-hts.com\">Hawke Transit System<\/a> brand. These systems are fundamental in maintaining integrity and safety in vessel operation, protecting critical components from adverse maritime environmental effects. The quality and reliability of our sealing products ensure that Chilean Navy vessels operate with maximum safety and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Value of International Collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This project not only stands out for the quality of the products and solutions provided but also for the close collaboration between <strong>FJ | Fern\u00e1ndez Jove and ASMAR<\/strong>, as well as the participation of the Spanish industry in the development of advanced defense technologies. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infodefensa.com\/texto-diario\/mostrar\/4869105\/chile-destaca-capacidad-industria-militar-espana-como-proveedor-clave-defensa\">Chile has highlighted the capability of the Spanish military industry as a key defense supplier<\/a>, reflecting the quality and reliability of our work. The commissioning and functional tests were conducted at ASMAR&#8217;s facilities in Talcahuano, demonstrating our commitment and ability to work on highly complex and technically demanding projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact and Future of the Project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The collaboration with ASMAR on the Escotill\u00f3n IV project underscores our position as leaders in the naval industry and our ability to provide comprehensive and customized solutions that meet our clients&#8217; specific needs.
