platform<\/h3>\n\n<p>Within the MTC\/MTF Program, developed by Mariotti Shipyard for the Italian Navy, FJ participated in the construction of two auxiliary support vessels designed to enhance the fleet\u2019s logistical and operational capabilities.<\/p>\n\n<p>These platforms fulfill strategic support functions, where reliability of fluid control systems and technical integration between subsystems are essential to ensure operational continuity across mission scenarios.<\/p>\n\n<p>FJ manufactured integrated solutions including manual valves, motorized valves and HTS sealing systems configured according to project technical requirements.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Scope of Supply<\/h2>\n\n<p>The supply included:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fjove.com\/en\/saval-valves\/saval-manual-valves\/\">SAVAL manual valves<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fjove.com\/en\/saval-valves\/motor-driven-valves\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"398\">Motor-driven valves<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/hts-mct.com\">HTS solutions for watertight sealing of cables and pipes<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Equipment was configured to ensure mechanical and electrical compatibility with the vessel architecture, enabling coherent integration within piping, control and compartment systems.<\/p>\n\n<p>In-house manufacturing ensured:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full material traceability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimensional control and functional validation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistency between valve, actuation and associated systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with naval documentation standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Supplying the integrated package under a single technical responsibility minimized risks related to multiple supplier interfaces.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engineering and Shipyard Integration<\/h2>\n\n<p>Technical coordination with Mariotti Shipyard was essential during design definition, manufacturing and integration phases.<\/p>\n\n<p>The project required configuration
