Machining centres and CNC lathes

We have a number of machining centres and CNC lathes dedicated to the manufacture of components a7> designed for the manufacture of components of high precision. This equipment enables work to be carried out to tolerances that are stringent and ensures the repeatability required for valves intended for applications in the marine and industrial sectors.

Dimensional control is an essential part of the process for the manufacturing of industrial valves.

Coordinate measuring machines (CMM)

We have machines for measurement in three dimensions (CMM) and arms for dimensional control which enable verify tolerances and geometries at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Validation, functional, configuration and testing

Functional validation is carried out using hydraulic test benches designed to check the product’s performance prior to dispatch.

In addition, we have specific equipment for the configuration and testing of pneumatic actuators, hydraulic and electric actuators, which enables us to verify the operation of the complete valve –actuator before its integration into systems more extensive systems such as hydraulic solutions or PRIOR control architectures.
