We have experience with the leading classification societies: BV, DNV, LR, ABS, RINA and PRS.

For products designed to specification or when the customer requests it, we develop Specific Approvals per Project (Design Appraisal), which include:
- Review of drawings and functional diagrams
- Analysis of materials in accordance with standards ASTM, EN or MIL
- Tests for pressure, leak-tightness and cycles
- On-site inspection carried out by the assigned surveyor assigned

Design in accordance with standards international standards
Our teams are designed in accordance with the standards most relevant in the industrial and naval sectors, ensuring alignment with international standards from the engineering phase.
In-house testing and traceability
We have our own facilities and test benches for testing our own, some of which are designed specifically to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
Among them:
- Hydraulic pressure banks for valves and hydraulic components
- Banks for trading sessions for opening and closing
The tests are documented by means of ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and internal procedures, ensuring full traceability of the process.
This traceability enables the issuance of Type 3.1 material certificates in accordance with EN 10204.
In addition, our test benches are connected online, enabling remote monitoring of tests when the project requires it.
