Quality and certification in the industrial and naval sectors

A comprehensive commitment to quality throughout the entire life cycle

Regulations, approvals and tests for environments in civil, industrial and military sectors

For FJ, quality is not a one-off requirement, but rather a strategic factor present in all the phases of the life cycle of the product, from the design and engineering through to the final validation and after-sales support.

This holistic approach ensures that our solutions —including industrial valves under the brand SAVAL, hydraulic systems and control platforms — meet the most stringent safety standards, reliability and durability for applications in maritime, industrial and military sectors.

Design in accordance with standards international standards

Our teams are designed in accordance with the standards most relevant in the industrial and naval sectors, ensuring alignment with international standards from the engineering phase.

In-house testing and traceability

We have our own facilities and test benches for testing our own, some of which are designed specifically to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

Among them:

The tests are documented by means of ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and internal procedures, ensuring full traceability of the process.

This traceability enables the issuance of Type 3.1 material certificates in accordance with EN 10204.

In addition, our test benches are connected online, enabling remote monitoring of tests when the project requires it.

Documented tests. Guaranteed traceability.
