Hydraulic remote control system
FJ’s proprietary technology for secure control of critical systems
Platform for hydraulic control
The PRIOR®-based hydraulic remote control solution is designed for installations that use hydraulic actuators and require a control architecture suited to this type of drive. It is a suitable option when the project requires a solution that integrates a hydraulic power unit, manoeuvre control and monitoring of system-specific variables.
A solution designed for power, control and monitoring of hydraulic systems
Valve systems with hydraulic actuators enable the handling of applications where the drive architecture requires specific management of power, operation and control. PRIOR® allows this logic to be centralised and adds monitoring and automation functions that improve the operation, diagnostics and control of the entire system. In addition to remote valve control, the solution can incorporate monitoring of key hydraulic system variables, such as pressure, temperature or flow rate.
Typical configuration of the hydraulic system
The basic architecture of this solution may include one or more hydraulic power units, control cabinets that manage the valves via solenoid valve assemblies, and valves connected to the control panel via hydraulic pipes.
The indication of the position of the valves can be obtained by means of limit switches wired or by means of other systems of feedback defined in the engineering of each project.
What does PRIOR® offer in a hydraulic solution
PRIOR® does more than just operate and monitor valves. It also enables the organisation of control logic, the centralisation of system information and facilitates operator interaction via dedicated control stations. The solution can be integrated with other system equipment and seamlessly transmit statuses, alarms and events within the overall control architecture.
