Within the F110 Program, developed by Navantia for the Spanish Navy, FJ participates as an integrated solution supplier for a total of five next-generation frigates.
This strategic program involves demanding technical, regulatory and operational requirements typical of military naval environments, where reliability, traceability and system integration are critical.
FJ’s contribution focuses on the supply of valves and control systems adapted to the vessel architecture and aligned with the program’s technical specifications.

Scope of supply
The supply includes:
- SAVAL manual valv
- Motorized valves
- Associated control systems
- HTS solutions
All equipment is manufactured and configured in accordance with program requirements, ensuring compatibility with onboard systems and coherence with the defined control architecture.
In-house manufacturing guarantees full material traceability, updated technical documentation and compliance with defense program standards.
Technical integration and validation
Close coordination with Navantia during engineering, manufacturing and integration phases ensures proper system incorporation within the overall vessel structure.
Functional verification, control logic validation and documentation checks are carried out in line with program requirements.
